Job Description
An International Contact Center requires a Quality Assurance Supervisor to Head international marketing campaigns with customers in the United State and Europe.
Job Title: International Quality Assurance Supervisor Representative
Qualification/Experience
• This role is specifically for an expatriate or individual who has lived either in the UK or the US and has an excellent fluent command of the English language with either an American or British accent.
• Previous sales, marketing, and call center experience are helpful. However, not absolutely essential since an extensive training program is provided
• Salary per month comprises of a competitive basic salary + performance bonuses = on target earnings (OTE) of GH 10,000.00 per month
• This position is open exclusively to graduates who have either a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND Certification.
• Age requirement ranges from 26 years to 40 years old
