AkwaPoly Matriculation Ceremony
Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic has announced its 28th Matriculation Ceremony for registered ND1 Full-time and Evening/Part-time students. The event is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 5th April 2023, at the Polytechnic Convocation Ground at 11:00 am. This is an important event that marks the official entry of new students into the academic community.
Akwa-poly Eligibility for the Matriculation Ceremony:
Please note that only students who have paid their fees and completed their registration in their respective departments will be allowed to participate in the 2022/2023 matriculation ceremony.
AkwaPoly Academic Gowns Collection:
Heads of Departments are requested to collect academic gowns from the central stores for distribution to matriculating students. The gown collection period starts on Thursday, 30th March and ends on Tuesday, 4th April 2023. It is important to note that students have already paid for the gowns as part of their fees.
Akwapoly Matriculation Register Signing:
After the matriculation ceremony, all matriculants are required to sign the Matriculation Register at the office of the Dean of Schools. This is a crucial step in formalizing their status as students of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic.
