This is to inform all the prospective students of the Bauchi State University (BASU), Gadau that the authorities of the institution have released the supplementary, final and supplementary final admission lists containing the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the university’s various undergraduate programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Candidates are to report to the ICT unit first at the designated campuses, before proceeding to Departments as follows:
GADAU CAMPUS:

- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
- Faculty of Agriculture
BAUCHI CAMPUS:
- Faculty of Social Sciences
- Faculty of Management Sciences

Initially, candidates should report to the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) at their respective campuses—either the Main campus, Misau, or Yuli campus, Bauchi—where their chosen programs are based. Following that, they should proceed to their respective Faculty for the final stage of the screening process.
Please be aware of the following:
- Candidates are required to bring their original and photocopy documents, one (1) passport-sized photo, and the scratch card for any O’ Level results they are submitting.
- All screenings and registrations must be completed within the specified two-week period.
- Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the loss of admission eligibility.

Admitted candidates are advised to go to JAMB CAPS portal to ACCEPT or REJECT the offer — How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.
This is to request all newly admitted students into Bauchi State University Gadau who have been successfully screened and are yet to get their admission letters to immediately re-upload their O Levels. Candidates must note that successful upload can only be made at an accredited jamb CBT center. Admitted students who have successfully uploaded their O Levels should be able to download their admission letters within 48 hours of upload.
