Year 7 Enrolment Application for 2023:
The initial enrolment application consideration period for Year 7 2023 is available from 6am Tuesday 26 April 2022.
Canberra high schools 2022 Enrolments are now open
Enrolments for all students from preschool to year 12 for the 2022 school year opened on 27 April. Every ACT public school is a great school, and there’s a place for every child at their local school.
Apply to enrol by 4 June to get an offer from 26 July. Applications made after 4 June will receive an offer later in the year.

Enrolling for preschool
In the ACT, if your child turns four on or before 30 April, they can start preschool the first day of term 1 that year. Every four-year-old is guaranteed 15 hours of high-quality preschool education a week.

Priority Enrolment Areas
Canberra is a growing city, so the ACT Government have introduced some changes to Priority Enrolment Areas for 2022. This includes including new shared zones to support enrolment at schools in some high growth areas.
