This is to inform all successful candidates admitted into POST BASIC NURSING programme at Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing, Katsina that ONLINE Registration will commence on Monday, 21st March, 2022 and ends on Friday 1st April, 2022.

2. Click on STUDENTS REGISTRATION PORTAL;
3. Click on REGISTRATION GUIDELINES to read and follow the guideline for the online registration.
4. All successful candidates MUST present to Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing Katsina, the ORIGINAL and 3 copies of the under-listed:
   1. Admission Letter (To be printed online, COLOURED and on a cream CONQUEROR Paper)
   2. Course Registration Form
   3. Payment Slip
   4. Completed Acceptance Form
   5. Completed ID Card Form
   6. Completed Undertaking Letter
   7. Completed Guarantor’s Form
   8. Six (6) Passport Photographs
   9. Acknowledgement Card
   10. NMCN Licence
   11. Notification of Registration
   12. Certificate of Registration
   13. SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result
   14. Secondary School Testimonial
   15. Primary Certificate
   16. Primary School Testimonial
   17. Indigene Letter
   18. Result Scratch Card(s)
