Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts that have fallen vacant at the Ministry of Education and Sports Headquarters, Department of Teacher, Instructor Education and Training (TIET) Institutions and Kampala Capital City Authority Primary Schools.
The ESC Form 3 (1998) is obtainable from the Ministry of Education and Sports Head quarters or District Service Commission offices & the Commission Website: www.esc.go.ug.
Applications should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number specified against the vacancy.
Applicants should attach photocopies of Academic Certificates and Transcripts plus three recent passports size photographs.Serving Officers should attach appointment and confirmation letters and recent pay slips. Qualifications from only recognized institutions will be considered.
Serving Public officers MUST route their applications through their Heads of Institutions/Departments, who should be advised of the closing date to avoid delays. Applications that are not properly routed will not be considered.
The application forms are obtainable from the Education Service Commission Offices, 1st Floor Farmers’ House, Parliament Avenue, Kampala; Ministry of Education and Sports Headquarters and District Service Commission Offices. Hello, you recently advertised for vacancies in the ministry of education -EXTERNAL-ADVERT-4-OF-2020-like for ASSISTANT-EDUCATION-OFFICER. When is the shortlist and interviews , but esc ! ,So far 7 interviews. Me with a first grade ple,first grade o level,15pts Alevel,2upper diploma,surely i fail those question? Now 42 yrs,8 yrs to stop applying. Aaaaah Ugandaaaaaaaa.!

Wil they shortlist the remaining subjects for assistant education officers? Like busines studies double main ,cre,? Now two years are about to end . Atlist the service commission should give us updates instead of keeping quite ,yet the rest of the subjects were shortlisted , interviewed and even about to get appointments.

How are you going to do it, some seed schools have been operating eg kamonkoli seed s.s, is the school going to be put on hold till teachers are interviewed, since its included in external advert ? Am very sure the sitting teachers are very scared of serving voluntarily again. Please help us because we have been serving voluntarily for over three years.
