FCT School of Nursing Admission Form
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the FCT Schools of Nursing/Midwifery Gwagwalada, Abuja, BASIC NURSING PROGRAMME for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The basic general nursing training is a general nursing course open to young males and females of not less than 17years of age, at the time of admission.
FCT School of Nursing Admission Entry Requirements.
Eligible candidates should possess WAEC, GCE or NECO with at least FIVE CREDIT passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings. The result(s) presented should not be more than 10 years since the examination was written. NABTEB certificate is not acceptable. Candidate must be up to 17 years of age.
Pregnant women are not eligible for admission.
How to Apply for FCT School of Nursing Admission Form.
The sale of forms starts on 19th September 2022 and ends on 30th September 2022.
Candidates wishing to obtain the forms should show evidence of payment of Not refundable fee of 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only.
Forms can be obtain at Room 080, FCT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SECRETARIAT, NURSING DEPARTMENT, AREA 11, GARKI-ABUJA.
Candidates wishing to obtain the forms should show evidence of payment of Non-refundable fee of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only into:

NOTE:
- Payment Teller must be Stamped
- Pay N200 Cash on collection of form
- Completed forms are to be returned to the Principal, FCT School of Nursing, Gwagwalada on or before 30th September 2022.
EXAMINATION: The entrance examination starts on the 3rd to the 8th of October 2022. The candidate’s individual exam detail will be sent via SMS to the contact phone number provided in the form. For further enquiry on the examination date check https://fb.me/fctsonm from 25th September 2022.
NB: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE THROUGH REMITA IN A BANK BRANCH. The applicant must have a functional phone number. Pregnant candidates and candidates below the age of 17 (seventeen) years are advised not to obtain the forms.
