1.Who quafies for the 2021/2022 promotion exams?
2.I had my diploma certificate in 2011 and completed my first degree course in 2015, unfortunately for I was put on scale as a principal superintendent in 2017 because of a government policy which prevented me from writing the 2020/2021 aptitude test meanwhile some of my mates who got their degree certificates in the same year as mine and diploma certificates in a similar fashion were put on scale in 2016 and were allowed to write the 2021 promotion exams. I want to know the reasons behind this.
