The Kogi State College of Education (KSCOE), Ankpa wishes to inform all staff and students of the Kogi State College of Education that the institution has announced the resumption date for the continuation of academic activities that was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kogi State College of Education Resumption Date
Following the directive of the state Government and the visit of the Honourable Commissioner for Education to the College on Tuesday, 8th September 2020. Schools and Colleges have been directed to resume from the COVID-19 lockdown and the subsequent closure of Schools and Colleges in the state.
Consequent upon the foregoing, all staff and students are therefore directed to resume normal classroom/academic activities as from Monday, September 14th, 2020 and must observe all guidelines put in place by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) to curtail the spread of COVID-19, please. Kogi State College of Education is a public higher teachers training institution of Kogi State. It is situated in Ankpa, a major town in the east of Kogi State. The College was affiliated to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria but was removed in 1994 by National Commission for Colleges of Education.
