Niger State Polytechnic Courses
The management of the Niger State Polytechnic, Zungeru (NIGERPOLY) has published the updated list of courses approved by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for admission into Undergraduate Programme in the institution.
NIGERPOLY Admission Requirements
NATIONAL DIPLOMA
Candidates with five (5) CREDITS PASSES including English Language at not more than two (2) sitting in SSCE, NECO, GCE O/L, NABTEB and its equivalent in any of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geography, Technical Drawing, Fine Art, Economics, Islamic Religious Knowledge, Christian Religious Knowledge, Biology, Agric-Science, Government and Literature in English are eligible to apply. www.nigerpoly.edu.ng.
NATIONAL HIGHER DIPLOMA
The minimum entry requirements for Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in the specified field are:
i. National Diploma (ND) in relevant field with a minimum of Lower Credit grade obtained from recognized institution, plus five (5) relevant credits which must include English Language and Mathematics at WAEC/SSCE, NECO, GCE, NABTEB or Teachers’ Grade Two Certificate.
ii. A minimum of one (1) year post National Diploma (ND) cognate working experience (industrial training).
iii. All applicants (except those who obtained their ND from Niger State Polytechnic, Zungeru) are to send transcripts of their National Diploma (ND) under confidential covers to the Registrar, Niger State Polytechnic, Zungeru to ease consideration of their admission.
