1. Job Title: ERP Specialist – Dynamics 365

Responsibilities
The Dynamics 365 Specialist will be responsible for the following functions:
- Integration of Dynamics 365 and Salesforce with internal and external applications.
- System configurations for all Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules (AP, AR, FA, GL, SCM etc).
- Development of customized dashboards and automation of all financial & business reports using business intelligence tools (Power BI, Salesforce Reporting Tool)
- Continuous process improvement on the existing ERP- Dynamics 365.
- Coordinate release upgrades and post-implementation system changes
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
- Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Development of customized Workflows on D365 and Salesforce
- Work closely with Key Users to address frequent causes of issues (problem management).
- Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations and training materials
- Provide technical analysis for business requirements mapping with standard and customized functionalities.
- Make recommendations on process/policy changes that would increase benefit from adoption of ERP.
- Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization and data maintenance efforts
- Co-ordinate and deliver quarterly ERP Training (working with ERP Technical Support Team and Key Users) for new users or new job roles.
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with cloud ERP and CRM systems and integration elements as they arise
- Communicate between departments to understand their business processes; customize and configure systems accordingly
- Manage end to end customizations to the ERP system by making recommendations, highlighting options and pros/cons (impact assessments) of the changes in collaboration with external developers.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- Exposure to business intelligence tools
- Proven experience of successful ERP implementation
- Technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and Salesforce
- Salesforce Lightning Development Experience is a huge plus
- Expert knowledge of X++ programming language
- Knowledge of APEX will be an added advantage
- Project Management (including risk management and escalation) skills
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field would be an added advantage
- Ability to fully understand business processes and write comprehensive system requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Management or related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, git or other version control, and REST Web services
- Seven years or more experience in large complex information systems, cloud services and Salesforce
- Exposure to the core and supportive business processes of an organization inclusive of Technology, Pricing, Procurement, Finance, HR and Payroll.
- Ability to understand and navigate the complexities of Interacting with geographical dispersed teams (including of software developers, business users and other third parties)

3. Job Title: Manager, Capital Projects – MainOne Cable recruitment

Responsibilities
- The Manager, Capital Projects will be responsible for the management of all assigned capital projects, ensuring projects meet the agreed quality standards and are delivered on time, within budget and allocated resources.
- He/She will also manage vendors and partners involved in projects, ensuring all projects are executed in line with MainOne business objectives and strategic plan.
Other responsibilities include:
- Monitor and administer relevant contracts and agreements for each project.
- Prepare reports and make presentations on all assigned projects as may be required from time to time.
- Measure the delivery of the Technical key performance indicators (KPIs) especially as it relates to the capital projects.
- Provide project management leadership and promote best practice in Project Management, ensuring assigned projects are delivered to agreed specifications, timelines and approved budget.
- Design Data Centre infrastructure components in line with applicable international standards and ensure detailed and accurate specification of components.
- Manage implementation of Data Centre projects or any other assigned Projects ensuring projects are delivered effectively and most efficiently.
- Analyse potential project risks as well as barriers and define appropriate mitigating plans to enable timely resolution or outright avoidance.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure and detailed project management documentations, including milestones and responsibilities share on all assigned projects.
- Develop processes and work standards required for the implementation of projects, and monitor compliance to ensure the set objectives are met.
- Responsible for compliance with all Capital Projects departmental processes, keeping custody of all Departmental Process documents.
- Guide the Technical team’s capital expenditure for the company in line with the strategic plan and report on the CAPEX spend on Capital projects, ensure consideration of financial and technical tradeoffs as well as compliance with all fiscal and regulatory parameters.
- Perform strategic planning and financial analysis, including budget preparation and obtain necessary approvals for all capital projects.

- First degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in any related Engineering or Project Management.
- PMP Certification is a requirement for this role.

- Excellent engineering design skills especially in Data Centre infrastructure design.

- Document and analyze potential project risks, barriers/obstacles and define appropriate mitigating plans to enable timely avoidance and resolution
- Vendor engagement and management as needed on each project to ensure the selected vendor is competent and recommended solution for each project is practicable and cost effective
- Engage vendors/contractors and provide value engineering on all projects as may be required from time to time.
- Prepare and present periodic reports for management (daily, weekly, monthly…) or as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- BSc/HND in Civil Engineering with an experience of not less than 10 years in Civil engineering/Telecoms projects. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Strong Project Management experience also demonstrated by a good certification (PMP/Prince-2) or a master’s degree in project management
- Hands-on experience of design tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, Revit etc is a requirement
- Must be numerate with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to research cost effective solutions for products and services is a requirement
- Organization planning and budgeting skills
- Good knowledge of telecoms and support infrastructure standards will be an added advantage.
