Russia or Russian Federation is a country with great history, home of famous scientists and land of natural beauty. Moscow is the capital of Russia and Vladimir Putin is the President of Russia ( Russian Federation).
Russia (was formerly known as USSR United State of Soviet Republic) covers area of 17 075 500 km2 which makes Russia the largest country in the world, followed by Canada, China and USA. Cost of Living in Russia
Living in Russia and spend 150 $ to 200 $ a month is enough for individual student. Prices are a little more high in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
Eat, drink, dine in the cafe: on purchases related to food, you will spend 40 $ to 80 $ per week (all prices in US dollars).
The cafe serves a good three-course dinner for $ 20. If you dine in the cafe on weekdays, three meals cost about $ 7.
Evening entertainment: A movie ticket costs 10 $, if the film comes in English, but you can watch movies in Russian for $ 5. Visa Requirements to Study in Russia

The following are the visa requirements to get study visa of Russian Federation.
- Filled Visa Application Form
- International Passport (Traveling Document valid not less than two year).
- Original Invitation Letter from the University
- Original School Certificates ( O level/ SSCE/ HSSC , Bachelor or Master Degree if available), (should be legalized)
- General Health- Medical Certificate issued at least two months prior the entrance in to Russia (should be legalized)
- HIV- AIDS test issued at least two months prior to the entrance (should be legalized)
- 2 Pictures 3.5 x 4.5 cm
- To and Fro Air ticket valid for one year.
Tuition Fee – Study in Russia
Student can deposit complete first year expenses before/after getting visa through bank transfer/western union or upon arrival in russia, except the cost of invitation letter, visa confirmation letter and courier charges. The cost of invitation letter and visa confirmation letter is 400 US$ and courier charge is 100 US$.
After getting the admission confirmation letter/acceptance from RECAS you have to send us the cost of invitation letter and courier 500 US$, then we should send you the Original invitation letter and visa confirmation letter through Courier. You can transfer us the payment for invitation and courier through Western Union, Money Gram or Bank Transfer.
Students who want to join any course in English medium of Instruction, can join their course directly from 1st year, if they meet requirements for chosen fields. Otherwise they need to join the Preparatory department.
Those students who want to study in Russian medium of Instruction have to complete 1-year Preparatory department before starting the main course of their speciality.

Scholarships – Study in Russia
Russian Government provide scholarship for international students, Scholarships are available for international students from any country to study a Degree and master’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or economics in Russia. Offered by the Russian Association of Global Universities, the scholarships cover the entirety of tuition fees.
