TE Connectivity African Heritage Scholarship: Applications for the TE Connectivity African Heritage Scholarship are now being accepted from eligible candidates.It is a fully paid scholarship offered by TE Connectivity to all students.

About the TE Connectivity
TE Connectivity is an American Swiss-domiciled technology company that designs and manufactures connectors and sensors for several industries, such as automotive, industrial equipment, data communication systems, aerospace, defense, medical, oil and gas, consumer electronics and energy.
The TE Connectivity has established a 2-year scholarship program to assist college students who will be sophomores for the 2023-2024 academic year and are majoring in Engineering (all disciplines), Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
Benefits of TE Connectivity African Heritage Scholarship
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award up to $22,500 per year in each of the next two years upon successful completion of the paid summer internships. Up to 14 awards will be granted.
Award amounts will be determined based on the total cost of attendance as determined by the College Board (institution-specific in/out-of-state tuition, books/supplies, room/board, transportation, and other expenses) minus other granted awards at the time of scholarship acceptance prior to the fall semester.
Requirements for TE Connectivity African Heritage Scholarship
1. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
2. Self-identify as Black or African American or multiracial.
3. Be enrolling as college sophomores for the 2023-2024 academic year
4. Be willing to accept a 2023 summer paid internship with TE Connectivity.

5. Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
6. Be majoring in Engineering (all disciplines), Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
7. Be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university (in the U.S.) and planning to continue full-time enrollment for the entire upcoming academic year.
Selection Criteria
Scholarship recipients are selected based on:
1. Academic record.
2. Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities.
3. Work experience.
4. A statement of educational and career goals and objectives.
5. An online recommendation.
6. An essay question.
Documents Required for Application
As part of your application, you must upload:
1. A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken
2. A copy of the latest 1040 tax filing.
3. Resume.
