The management of Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has announced the schedule for the 16th matriculation ceremony of the institution.
UNIOSUN Matriculation Ceremony Schedule
The Matriculation, a major ceremony that brings newly admitted students into a formal agreement with the University, will be College-based and scheduled to take place at each of the University’s College auditoriums, with the main campus taking place at the Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium at 10:00 a.m.
It will be noted that Osun State University recently published all admissions batches, adding around 6,500 students to its student body across campuses.
As is tradition, the university will officially welcome new students into its academic community with a matriculation ceremony. For the second consecutive year, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor ‘Ayo Clement Adebooye, will preside over the ceremony and offer guidance to the freshmen.
As part of the ceremony, the Registrar, Mr. Gafar Adebayo Shittu, would administer the matriculation oath to the matriculants, in which they would promise to abide by the rules and regulations governing their studentship for the duration of their academic stay at the University.
